At IBest Cruises refund and cancellation is governed by some internal and external rules. You can cancel your itinerary and your train tickets will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your account after deduction of the cancellation charges. The deduction of the cancellation charges is dependent on the Airlines Railway and cruise line, whatever option you had chosen.

Until what time can you cancel your flight train and Cruise booking

The period for cancellation is completely dependent on the primary booking source. For railway tickets, you can cancel the booking 24 hours before the departure of the train. For domestic and International flight booking these are quite different and the aviation company has its guidelines regarding the cancellation period. The same goes for the cruise line you are booking The Cruise from. We can get the process started for you at our end.

Cancellation fee on your booking

There is always the cancellation and rescheduling charge levied by the primary booking company. You will not be getting a full refund of the payment as the charge will be deducted from your total payment. However, our website also charges a small amount for the cancellation of your booking. It depends on the plan you have chosen.

The payment for a refund of your money is generally processed to the same account from where you made the payment.

No show scenario

There are certain scenarios where you are not eligible for a refund. One search scenario is no show. Travel on a specific date because of whatever issue you are not eligible for a refund. Please keep that in mind and process your cancellation before the date of travel.
