Terms and conditions
This section is really important as you continue to maintain your relationship with the company. We suggest you to go through the terms and conditions before you sign on for any of the services. As you book any of the services from IBest Cruises you agree to avoid all the terms and conditions mentioned below.
- Booking tickets: As with every other services, ticket is based on availability. If you are booking a train or plane ticket from our website we will have to make sure that the ticket is available with the aviation or the train company. We cannot be wholly responsible if first it is not assigned to you because of shortage. The same goes for Cruise booking. It is also based on availability, eligibility, and payment. We can refuse any booking at our discretion.
- Liability for the documents: You are liable to provide us with the correct document that are required to process your booking. If you have an expired passport or your visa is not processed yet we will not be held responsible for any problem during your trip.
- Payment methods: Several payment methods are accepted on our website. If you want to change the currency of your payment you have to do it from your settings. Aunty and unless your payment is completely processed your booking is not confirmed.
- Liability limitation: We have limited liability when it comes to your booking with our partner travel company. IBest Cruises does not bear any responsibility if you experience something during your trip on a cruise or airplane ride. Three should be kept unharmed if you incur extra costs during your trip due to your additional expense behavior, or anything that matters. Any loss and damage during your trip is not the responsibility of our company.
- Change and modification: You can always change your travel plan or change the schedule of your booking subject to availability. You can prepone or postpone your journey if there is tickets available for booking. This may cost you some extra money. Even the upgradation and degradation of the cabin is subject to cost and availability. It can be such that a cruise line has to change the travel dates due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, political hindrances in the location, and technical issues. We shall not be held responsible for such changes.
- Privacy policy: We have an elaborate privacy policy for all our customers. Please go and check with the privacy policy before you agree to our terms and conditions.
IBest Cruises reserves the right to change or modify terms and conditions at any point of time. We may let you know about the changes but it's your duty to also check our website to know if there is any change that will affect your travel.
